Craig Wrigley

Dr Craig Wrigley has over 30 years experience in Systems Engineering, mainly for Defence. Dr Wrigley has developed algorithms and standards for the interoperability of military communications systems and more recently was the Chief Scientist for Lockheed Martin IS&GS UK, leading research into advanced Defence and Intelligence systems using Machine Learning techniques. Dr Wrigley has acted as reviewer for IEEE and contributed to standards developed by the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC). Dr Wrigley has worked with Loughborough University on a range of projects in System of Systems Engineering and is currently a Visiting Professor. He was the first non-US LM Fellow to be elected and is also a Fellow of the IET.

His career highlights include: Delivery manager of an HR system supporting the AstraZeneca 2000+ UK mobile sales force; Business manager for the North America transition to a global common platform as part of a $500M outsourcing contract; Consultancy lead for a £20M+ delivery of a BT product and the transition to business as usual billing and operations; Consortium lead for technical and business support to a Government global communications roll-out; Technical Architect for a £10M British Gas industry data warehouse; and Design Manager for the British Gas Metering Programme supporting 15M+ customers. Rob is a Chartered IT Professional and Member of the British Computer Society.

We have forged strong collaborations with a number of partners who share our ethos and values, and who are all experts in organisation transformation and performance improvement.
